Awesome company to use if u need to rent car! Certainly friendly folks and very accommodating. Picked us up at our hotel and drop us off at the train station to take the rail back to Toronto. Enjoy a day out at niagara falls at the lake!

The Stanley St. Enterprise reaffirms for me that a good manager can make all the difference. They didn't have the car size I wanted (I've only ever driven a compact), and I was very nervous driving a big one. Mr. Mitch Wilson took me step by step through handling a bigger car, until I was comfortable that it was not the challenge I feared. Though less than a week with this location, Mr. Wilson was already engaging with staff in a way you wish for in all workplaces. The staff in turn got in on the action of making the "big car" experience fun. I've rented a lot of cars (I don't own one) and I offer this Enterprise a huge star for the best.

I dealt with Mitch while getting my rental. He was great, efficient, super friendly, and highly professional. I did have a long wait to get my rental, and was told I would get discounted however it did not show up on my invoice. That wasn't his fault however because he was the only one working there and they were busy! But other than that everything was great! I would definitely return there over any other rental company. Great selection of cars and reasonable pricing!

Got there expecting to rent a small SUV as it was the only car type in our budget. Since there was no small SUV available, they offered larger SUV but charged us for the same price as the small SUV. The people at the counter are really professional and will accommodate your requests. We will definitely use their services again.

Wonderful place with a bunch of lovely people. I always had a great experience dealing with this centre. Jordon!! You are such a lovely person. He was very welcoming, friendly and knows his job very well. He never disappoints you and gives you the right information (No beating around the bush). He tries to accommodate your genuine requests, if they are within his control. Mitch!! The sales guy, though my insurance allocated me a compact vehicle, he went over and assigned me a clean and neat SUV. Ankit!! The new kid in the team - You are also awesome mate... I wish you all the very best and great success in your careers. I wish the Management team recognize all your efforts and compensate you accordingly.. Jordon!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IN THE NIAGARA REGION FOR VEHICLE RENTAL with great prices !💯 Outstanding Customer Service ! Big Thank you to Mitch, Shanal Kahar and Ankit Kumar for making my experience renting a car a breeze. 🫠 from my initial phone call re information for a weekly rental and the price. I was picked up 2 days later at my home and was on my way, driving within 20 min. I was given a Toyota Corolla LE to drive what an awesome car to drive. Smooth ride and great on gas. 👌 I'll definitely use this place again and recommend it to others as well .

If you ever rent a car from their Stanley Ave, Niagara Falls location, Jordan is your guy. I had the pleasure to meet Jordan who assisted me with a short term rental. He was very friendly, respectful and appeared to be quite knowledgeable about car rental stuff. Great service !!
